I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts (License #10490), practicing in Belmont, MA. In my practice, I offer individual therapy focused on helping adults from many backgrounds address issues related to anxiety, mood, and trauma.
I have experience helping people with a wide range of problems approach and overcome their difficulties, and ultimately find relief. My specific areas of clinical expertise include Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, and depression. Currently, I work as a full-time staff psychologist at McLean Hospital and an instructor at Harvard Medical School. I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University, where my clinical work focused on the treatment of anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders. I completed my predoctoral internship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, where I received training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. After earning my degree, I gained specialized training and expertise in the evidence-based treatment of PTSD and related issues through a postdoctoral fellowship in the Trauma Services Program of the Washington DC VA Medical Center. Please see "Services" for more information about my therapeutic approach.
